Privacy policy

Purpose first. Minimum data. Clear deletion.

This policy describes the data FilthyGM uses, why it uses it, how long it keeps it, and the controls available to you.

01

Data we use

Public reading does not require an account. If you create one, we process identity and security claims, preferences, saves, follows, notifications, subscription state, and the content you intentionally contribute.

Private Trade Lab drafts and fantasy snapshots remain product-local and purpose-bound. Provider credentials are stored only as encrypted credential references; plaintext tokens are not stored in FilthyGM application tables.

02

Why and how long

Operational logs, abuse signals, private snapshots, notification events, support cases, billing references, audit records, editorial evidence, and legal holds have separate retention classes. Short-lived risk inputs expire; immutable editorial and security evidence is retained only where accountability or law requires it.

  • No sale of personal information
  • No generic cross-product private-data sync
  • No advertising based on private fantasy or support content
  • No individual Jury vote publication
03

Your controls

You can access, export, correct, restrict, or request deletion of covered data; revoke sessions and product links; disconnect providers; cancel communications; and preview how public contributions will be treated before account deletion.

04

Cookies and analytics

Essential security and preference storage operates without marketing consent. Optional analytics, experimentation, and advertising activate only within the consent and regional policy that applies to you. Privacy settings remain available in the footer.
